Our Rental Property Management Agreement package will be sent to you. This comprehensive package includes:

  • The Owner's Rental Agreement contract
  • W-9 Form
  • Explanation of all fees
  • Examples of how your home will be marketed
  • Inventory and furnishing requirements

There are a lot of details that go into listing a vacation rental property in our program. You can be assured that we have covered all of these details in our package.

Review and Return all Paperwork

The ethics and accountability of our company are unparalleled. We realize the importance of trust in our business and the value of your time. That's why our contract is a "roll over" agreement which automatically renews each fall unless notice is given. We'll show you how to block off time in your property by phone or online, as well as provide you with a user name and password for our "Homeowner Login" where you can view real time reservation schedules.

Once we have received your signed contract and all of the other information, we will start to enroll your home into our program. Our team will visit your property and photos will be taken for our website and additional marketing sites. An inventory will be performed for all items that will be required. We will record any warranty information or special requests in our detailed owner profile section.
 
Managing Your Investment

 

We will work diligently to fill as many weeks as possible during the year to maximize your financial investment. Our knowledgeable Team will dedicate themselves to closely watching your rental income and manage your investment to its fullest potential. Having proficient systems and adept policies to market and maintain vacation rental properties is our promise to you. We will make sure your monthly statements are precise and arrive at the beginning of each month. Owner revenue is forwarded to your chosen account by way of Web Bill using Feet in the Sand Beach Rentals, LLC's financial institution or mailed by check.

We have a large listing of vendors for any maintenance issues. Our Housekeeping Professionals will be the eyes and ears for your property. A sincere interest is taken to maximize all of our marketing dollars to fill your vacancies.

Marketing on Prominent Websites

In addition to listing your vacation rental property on the H2O Vacation Rentals website we will also list your investment property on the following rental property websites; VRBO (Vacation Rental By Owner), Home Away and Craig's List. As a client of Feet in the Sand Beach Rentals, LLC, we want to ensure your investment has as much exposure on other vacation rental property websites as possible, so that bookings and revenue are maximized.
