Terms and Conditions
By entering your information for the rental of a vacation home through FunQuest Vacation Rentals, referred to as FunQuest from here on, you are creating a binding agreement to rent the designated accommodations and are subject to the "Terms and Conditions" of this agreement. Any exceptions to the Rental Terms and Conditions must be approved in advance, and in writing, by FunQuest Vacation Rentals. By giving your credit card number you agree to the policies stated below; you also agree that you are the legal cardholder authorized to use this credit card number.
Please note that all online bookings are subject to review/approval and may be canceled and deposits refunded within 48 hours should your reservation not be accepted. Additionally, all units are subject to availability, which may change at any time, and all rates quoted are also subject to change at any time.
DEPOSITS AND PAYMENTS: To guarantee your reservation,$200 is due at the time of booking. The final payment is due 60 days before arrival. Damage deposit is refunded 7 days from departure if there are no damages.
FOR SPRING BREAK RESERVATIONS, $500 REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT IS REQUIRED.
METHODS OF PAYMENT: We accept Visa, MasterCard, and Discover.
IMPORTANT! Guests who made the reservation over the phone or directly on our website must email us a clear picture of the ID card - should belong to the person who made the reservation and will be staying at the property. The credit card that was used should be on the picture behind the ID card. We only need to see the last 4 digits.

Only after we receive the information, we will be able to email you the detailed instructions with the door code, otherwise, we will not let you stay at the property.
CANCELLATION POLICY: Reservations must be canceled at least 30 days before the arrival date for a full refund.
Cancellations within 14-30 days of arrival will receive a 50% refund.
NO REFUNDS if canceled 0-14 days before arrival.
NO REFUNDS will be made due to inclement weather, early departure, or no-shows.
The non-refundable processing fee applies to ALL reservations (5% of the total reservation amount).
We highly recommend purchasing CSA Vacation Travel Insurance (NON-REFUNDABLE and NON-TRANSFERABLE) to avoid losing your vacation investment due to any unforeseen cancellations.
CHECK-IN: 4:00 p.m. CST, 5:00 pm CST during Spring Break, (unless prior arrangements have been made and agreed to in writing). If an early check-in is available a $75.00 fee per unit will be charged. No Check-in will be permitted until your rental account has been paid in full including all taxes and fees. Every effort is made to ensure units are ready by check-in time, but we cannot guarantee the exact time of occupancy due to unforeseen circumstances. All guests will receive a confirmation of the key code and directions to your vacation unit before your arrival.
CHECK-OUT: 10:00 a.m. CST., 8:00 a.m. CST Spring Break. Late Check-outs may be requested in advance and must be approved before the day of your arrival. A $75.00 ($100 Spring Break) fee per hour will be charged for all departures after 10:00 a.m., 8:00 am CST Spring Break. NO EXCEPTIONS.
RATES: Rates, fees, and taxes are subject to change until the reservation is confirmed. Fees such as registration fees and any other fees that are paid to another entity are subject to change up to the arrival date and are out of our control.
AGE RESTRICTIONS: The Registering Guest must be at least 21 (25 years for certain units) years of age and will be held responsible for all other parties and/or guests of the Registering Guest for compliance with this reservation. Additionally, Registering Guest for the unit must be an occupant of the unit for the entire length of stay. NO EXCEPTIONS. If you are found to be under the age of 21 (25 certain units) years old, you will be evicted and forfeit all monies paid.
OCCUPANCY RESTRICTIONS: Use and occupancy of the property are limited to the named Guest(s). The maximum occupancy limit is six (6) people for one (1) and two (2) bedroom condominiums and eight (8) people for three (3) bedroom condominiums, unless otherwise stated. The occupancy limit is the limit of Guests allowed in the unit. Occupancy exceeding this limit as listed above will result in immediate eviction and forfeiture of all amounts paid. If you are planning on having more guests than the maximum guest limits listed above, you will need to receive prior consent from FunQuest Vacation Rentals before finalizing your booking arrangements.
PETS: NO PETS shall be allowed on the Premises, except for ADA Certified Service Animals. All ADA Certified Service Animals must be pre-registered before the arrival date. Your breach of this provision shall be considered material and shall result in the termination of your tenancy and forfeiture of all monies paid. NO EXCEPTIONS!
SERVICE ANIMALS: If you require a service animal to accompany you on your trip, please let us know. There is paperwork that must be completed and returned to the Property’s HomeOwners Association before your arrival
AMENITIES: Each of our properties are individually owned and reflects the tastes of the owner. We do our best to accurately describe each unit and its amenities before booking, but cannot be held responsible if guests are dissatisfied with the accommodations. While many of our units have washers and dryers, not all of them do. There will be NO REFUNDS OR REBATES in the event you book a room without a washer/dryer or a washer/dryer that should break down and not be fixed before your arrival, as this is out of our control. VACATION RENTAL INSURANCE: FunQuest Vacation Rentals partners with CSA Insurance Services to offer our guests Vacation Rental Insurance Protection. CSA insurance is optional but is strongly recommended. Please note that pre-existing health conditions may not be covered. If a tropical system has been named before your purchase of the insurance, it is not covered. No refunds will be made in the event of a mandatory evacuation if the Registering Guest does not purchase CSA insurance. For questions concerning travel insurance, please call CSA directly at 866-298-6846. The insurance premium is NON-REFUNDABLE and NON-TRANSFERABLE. INCLUSIVE SERVICES: Rates include a one-time linen-towel setup for the standard max number of occupants (1 towel & 1 washcloth per person). Standard Amenities are included in the rental rate. Although linens are furnished, please bring your beach and/or pool towels, as linens are NOT to be removed from the unit. If linens are discovered missing after Check-out, any replacement linens that must be purchased before the next guest's arrival will be charged to the credit card on file. Guests will need to provide their paper items and cleaning supplies. An initial set up of trash liners, bathroom paper, and facial soap is provided. If this supply runs out during your stay, please provide your supplies. Daily maid service is NOT INCLUDED in the rental rate. Any damages caused to said items will result in an additional charge to your credit card on file upon check-out.
CLEANING FEE: A housekeeping fee will be added to all reservations, regardless of the number of nights booked. The fee will vary depending on the size of the property and the time of the year you are visiting Panama City Beach. This is paid to outside companies for cleaning and laundry services upon departure. If upon departure the room is left extra dirty, an additional cleaning charge will be charged to the credit card on file.
MAINTENANCE: Maintenance or service requests will be responded to as quickly as possible following notification. There are no rebates or refunds issued for any reason as every good faith effort is put forth to ensure the property is maintained and is in good working order before your arrival.
PROPERTY CONDITION: All rooms of the Property should be left in the same clean condition and good working order as the Guest(s) found it upon Check-in. The Registering Guest agrees to follow the Check-out List, which will be found in every unit at Check-in. The Registering Guest agrees to keep that part of the Property, which he/she occupies and uses, as clean and safe as the conditions of the Property permit. Additionally, the Registering Guest and his/her accompanying guests, agree not to cause unsafe and/or unsanitary conditions in the common areas and the remainder of the property that he/she uses. Guest(s) further agrees to dispose of all rubbish, garbage, and other waste cleanly and safely and agrees to keep all plumbing fixtures in Property in a clean and sanitary condition. The Registering Guest hereby acknowledges that additional charges may apply at departure in the event the terms contained herein are not met. Guest(s) shall place ALL trash in chutes at appropriate locations on each floor or assigned common areas.
To avoid any extra cleaning charges upon check-out, please make sure to follow the below instructions:
- Load the dishwasher with all soiled dishes and run the wash cycle. You do not have to
- Make sure all garbage is removed, including fridge/freezer items. Garbage is to be
deposited in the trash chutes.
- Place all dirty towels and sheets in the bathroom/hallway floor. NOT IN THE
- DO NOT PUT BEDSPREADS, BLANKETS, OR MATTRESS PADS IN THE
- Check all windows and doors and make sure they are locked.
- Set A/C to 72 degrees
DOUBLE BOOKINGS: Double bookings are rare. If your reservation for the premises overlaps or matches the reservation of another guest, FunQuest Vacation Rentals reserves the right to relocate you to a different property within our rental program or that of another company. Every reasonable effort will be made by FunQuest Vacation Rentals to ensure that the replacement property is comparable to the premises that you reserved. FunQuest Vacation Rentals shall have the sole right to select such replacement property. You will have the option to (1) accept the replacement property and pay any additional monies that are owed, as the case may be, or (2) reject the replacement property and receive a refund of all rents and fees paid for the premises.
ERRORS AND OMISSIONS: FunQuest Vacation Rentals has taken great effort to ensure the information on our website and all of our printed material is accurate. We cannot be held responsible for errors, omissions, or changes in prices by the property owner’s FunQuest Vacation Rentals represents. All rental properties are privately owned and their furnishings vary depending upon the owner's taste. FunQuest Vacation Rentals cannot guarantee the presence of particular listed furnishings, because they may change from time to time depending on the owner's tastes.
FALSIFIED RESERVATIONS: Any reservation obtained under pretense will be subject to forfeiture of advance payment, deposit, and/or rental money, and the party will NOT be permitted to check-in.
LOSS OR THEFT: FunQuest Vacation Rentals assumes no responsibility for any loss or theft of a guest's personal property in the unit or personal vehicles. Always use caution and lock your doors and windows when away from the unit/car and while on the beach. Any found items will be held for a maximum of one week. After such time, any unclaimed items will be delivered to a local charitable organization.
CAUSE FOR EVICTION: The Registering Guest and all parties with the Registering Guest will be subject to immediate eviction from the Property if the Registering Guest or parties of the Registering Guest violate any terms of this Agreement, including but not limited to, violation of the occupancy limits, pet provision, smoking, noise ordinance or parking. In the event of eviction from the Property, the Registering Guest shall forfeit all amounts paid, and there will be NO REFUND of money.
NOISE ORDINANCE(S): All Guests agree to respect the Noise Ordinance and to use common sense in keeping noise volume low after dark. Any police enforced actions by the City, County, or Home/Condominium Association are at the sole risk and expense of the Registering Guest and may result in Excess Damage Cost and/or immediate eviction and forfeiture of all amounts paid.
ENTRY OF PREMISES: Registering Guest agrees to allow FunQuest Vacation Rentals employees, vendors, contractors, or subcontractors access to the rental property during your stay for any reason to make repairs, improvements, care for, or manage the property.
HURRICANE POLICY: Hurricanes are always a possibility in the Florida Panhandle. ONLY in the event of a mandatory hurricane evacuation of Panama City Beach and the surrounding area, a refund will be given for all days covered by the evacuation order. We highly recommend purchasing CSA Travel Insurance in case it is not a mandatory evacuation and you choose to cancel or shorten your stay! WE WILL NOT REFUND IF IT IS NOT A MANDATORY EVACUATION.
INCLEMENT WEATHER/ BEACH CONDITIONS/ FLOODING/ CONSTRUCTION NOISE: Unfortunately, we cannot control inclement weather, beach conditions, and/or flooding, so there will be NO REFUNDS given due to these unexpected and uncontrollable weather events. Neither the Property Owner nor FunQuest Vacation Rentals shall be liable for events beyond their control, which may interfere with your scheduled occupancy, including but not limited to acts of governmental agencies, fire, strikes, war, noise, and/or driving inconveniences from nearby construction sites. NO REBATE OR REFUND will be offered in these circumstances.
INTERNET SERVICES: Many of our properties offer high-speed internet service for your convenience. Due to the numerous different providers and the various ages and configurations of personal computers, we cannot guarantee that you will be able to connect. We will do our best to assist you, but cannot be held responsible and NO REBATES or REFUNDS will be offered if you are unable to take advantage of this service.
TELEPHONE CHARGES: There is no charge for local telephone calls. All properties have long-distance blocks. Long-distance calls can be placed by either charging the long-distance call to the guest's home phone number or using a prepaid calling card.
POOLS AND SPAS: The property's owners association controls pool temperatures. Not all pools are heated. Neither FunQuest Vacation Rentals nor the property owners we represent are responsible for pool or spa temperatures, closures, or malfunctions. NO CREDIT, DISCOUNT AND/OR RATE ADJUSTMENT can be granted for items mentioned above or circumstances beyond our control. There will be days when the weather conditions will not allow pool heaters to accommodate swimming and temperature recovery times will vary.
GRILLING: NO GRILLING ALLOWED - Florida Law prohibits grilling on the decks and balconies of rental properties. However, most of the condominiums we have rentals to have grills available for use on a first-come, first-serve basis.
