This studio-style condo offers two to four guests a full condo experience in a single living space. The condo comes with a small, fully-equipped kitchen with all the important appliances, including a dishwasher, coffee maker, and toaster—a perfect place to cook fresh seafood favorites! 

Sleep soundly in one of the two queen-sized beds, a full bathroom is provided, as is a walk-in closet for ample storage space. 

The condo does not have a private balcony but, its large bay window can be open to hear the sound of the Majestic Gulf of Mexico. Every floors have 2 common balconies with chairs to seat and enjoy.

Splash around in the pool, play a few rounds of shuffleboard, or host cookouts in the BBQ area. Post photos to social media with WiFi in the common area on the first floor, and stay fit in a fitness room. Soak up the sun on the sundeck, or head out to the beach for surfing, sandcastle building, or beachcombing.

The unit accommodates only 4 people (including children of all ages) per HOA regulations. If you have more people, you will not be able to check in and your money will not be refunded.

ALL GUESTS will have to register at the HOA office upon arrival to receive your parking pass and wristbands. It is located on the second floor. The cost of it is $30, and they accept cash only.
