Top of The Gulf is a family-friendly condominium complex with a large pool, baby pool, seasonal snack bar, game room, grilling areas, al fresco dining, and a sundeck overlooking the most beautiful white-sand beaches on the Emerald Coast.

The unit accommodates only 4 people (including children of all ages) per HOA regulations. If you have more people, you will not be able to check-in and your money will not be refunded.

ALL GUESTS will have to register at the HOA office upon arrival to receive your parking pass and wristbands. It is located on the second floor. The cost of it is $30, and they accept cash only.
