Enjoy meals as you watch TV or sit in front of the electric fireplace. Although the units at Top of the Gulf do not have individual balconies, the complex consists of 8 open-air floors with shared viewing areas and chairs on each level. Walk to Pineapple Willy's for cocktails or a bite to eat.

THIS PROPERTY IS FOR 21 AND OLDER.
The unit accommodates only 2 people (including children of all ages) per HOA regulations. If you have more people, you will not be able to check in and your money will not be refunded.
ALL GUESTS will have to register at the HOA office upon arrival to receive your parking pass and wristbands. It is located on the second floor. The cost of it is $30, and they accept cash only.
