Horizon South 23A - Perfect Beach Getaway with Fantastic Amenities!

This place is the perfect getaway to beautiful Panama City Beach. This one-bedroom, one-bath condo is spacious, with room to comfortably sleep six guests. Condo comes equipped with everything you need for an incredible vacation with the family. As you come home from a day spent on the white sand beach, you'll be greeted by a living room with cozy sofas and a flat-screen TV. Put a load of dirty clothes in the private washer/dryer, and then grab a cold drink to enjoy out on the fenced patio.

The South Horizon Resort offers many fantastic amenities and is located directly across from the beach.

Upon arrival on the property, a Guest needs to report to the Property Management Office to receive a Parking Placard at a rate of $25.00 per vehicle (maximum of 2) for a time not to exceed 10 days. Extended Stay Guest will need to pay 25.00 per 10-day period with a maximum of $50.00 per 6-month period. Parking Placards shall identify the Unit # and the Expiration Date.
Overflow Parking will ONLY be allowed in the Graveled Area on the West Side of the Property. The Overflow Parking Fee shall be $40.00 for 10-day intervals. This area will require a Parking Placard with the Unit # and Expiration Date displayed.

All Guests will be required to have an Armband while on any portion of the Horizon South Property. Children 5 years old and younger will NOT be required to purchase or wear an Armband. Failure to not display an Armband can result in removal from the property. Armband Cost shall be $20.00 per 7 days.

*Rental Golf Carts will NOT be allowed to consume ANY parking spaces. Parking Placards nor Golf Cart Decals will be issued for Golf Carts.
